SuperModelsX is a digital classified ads platform that allows verified advertisers to publish and manage their online profiles. The service is entirely digital, with no physical product shipping. Access to platform features is immediate upon subscription and plan activation.
After payment confirmation, access to subscribed plan features is activated automatically. Maximum activation time is 24 hours after payment confirmation, although in most cases activation is immediate. For Multibanco reference payments, activation occurs after bank payment confirmation, which may take up to 48 business hours.
We strive to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, temporary unavailability may occur for scheduled maintenance or technical reasons. Planned interruptions will be communicated in advance whenever possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and will not be liable for temporary service interruptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the user panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, maintaining access to paid features until that date. Under Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, by subscribing to a plan and immediately accessing digital features, the consumer acknowledges that the service begins immediately and consequently waives the 14-day right of withdrawal after the service begins.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue platform features at any time. Significant changes to subscription plans will be communicated to affected users with a minimum of 30 days notice. Users who disagree with changes may cancel their subscription before the changes take effect.
We offer email support for all service-related inquiries. Our average response time is 24 to 48 business hours. For urgent matters related to payments or account access, we prioritize responses. Support is provided in Portuguese and English.
