By accessing or using SuperModelsX ("the Platform"), operated by SuperModelsX ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Visitors must also be at least 18 years old to access the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that fail to meet this requirement.
All advertisers (users who create a profile on the Platform) are required to complete an identity verification process before their profile is made publicly visible. This process requires: (a) uploading a valid government-issued identification document (passport, national ID card, or driver's license); and (b) uploading a selfie photograph clearly showing the advertiser's face while holding the identification document. Our moderation team manually reviews each submission to verify identity and confirm the advertiser is at least 18 years of age. Profiles will not be published until verification is successfully completed. By submitting verification documents, the advertiser consents to the storage and processing of these records for compliance purposes.
By creating a profile on the Platform, each advertiser expressly agrees to these Terms of Service in their entirety. Advertisers acknowledge and consent to: (a) the collection and storage of their identification documents for age and identity verification; (b) the manual review and moderation of all profile content before publication; (c) compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction; and (d) the Platform's right to remove or suspend their profile for any violation of these terms.
In compliance with applicable record-keeping regulations, all advertiser identification records and consent documentation are maintained by the designated Custodian of Records: Juarez Junior, contactable at contact@supermodelsx.com. The Custodian is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and securing all identity verification records collected from advertisers on the Platform. This platform operates under Portuguese and EU law. Identity verification records are maintained in accordance with Portuguese data protection legislation and EU Directive 2011/93/EU on combating the sexual abuse and exploitation of children.
Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all information and materials submitted to the Platform, including profile descriptions, photographs, videos, and contact details. Advertisers warrant that: (a) all content is truthful and does not misrepresent their identity; (b) they hold all necessary rights to the content they upload; (c) their content does not infringe the rights of any third party; and (d) their activities comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
The following is strictly prohibited on the Platform: (a) any content involving minors or individuals under 18; (b) content promoting human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion; (c) non-consensual content of any kind; (d) content depicting illegal activities; (e) content that infringes intellectual property rights; (f) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information; (g) spam, malware, or any harmful code; (h) impersonation of another person or entity; (i) images containing background people, even if blurred — all persons depicted must have given explicit consent; (j) images or references to alcoholic beverages, items resembling alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, or drug paraphernalia. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
SuperModelsX is responsible for all content published on the platform. All profiles and content undergo mandatory manual review by our moderation team before publication. No profile is made publicly visible without prior admin approval. Our moderation process includes: (a) verification of advertiser identity and age; (b) review of all photos, videos, and text for compliance with these terms; (c) ongoing monitoring of published content for violations. Profiles that do not meet our standards will be rejected with a reason provided. Rejected profiles may be corrected and resubmitted for review. We maintain detailed moderation logs for audit and compliance purposes.
Advertisers retain ownership of all content they upload. By uploading content, advertisers grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform for the purpose of providing the service. This license terminates when the content is removed or the profile is deleted.
The Platform offers subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the plan rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation or expiration, your account reverts to the free plan. The Platform does not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Due to the nature of digital services with instant access, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription period has begun. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of: (a) accidental duplicate charges; (b) technical errors preventing access to paid features; (c) charges made after a timely cancellation request. Refund requests must be submitted to contact@supermodelsx.com within 14 days of the charge.
We take all complaints seriously and are committed to resolving them promptly. Reports of illegal or non-consensual content will be acted upon and such content removed within 24 hours of the report being received. All other complaints will be investigated and resolved within 5 business days. To file a complaint, email contact@supermodelsx.com with a detailed description of the issue. You may also file a complaint via the Portuguese Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. We will communicate the outcome of your complaint via email.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SuperModelsX. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Third-party links will be removed if found to contain content that violates our policies. Links to external sites that are beyond our monitoring capabilities will be removed. Users follow external links at their own risk and should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.
SuperModelsX maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards human trafficking, sex trafficking, and modern slavery in all its forms. We are committed to: (a) requiring government-issued identity verification for all advertisers before profile publication; (b) cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies investigating trafficking or exploitation; (c) immediately removing any content or accounts suspected of being connected to trafficking or exploitation; (d) providing a reporting mechanism for users and the public to report suspected trafficking — reports can be made to contact@supermodelsx.com or via our complaints procedure. This policy is aligned with EU Anti-Trafficking Directive 2011/36/EU. We encourage anyone who suspects trafficking activity to contact local law enforcement immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that: (a) violates these Terms of Service; (b) fails identity verification; (c) publishes prohibited content; (d) engages in fraudulent activity; (e) is involved in any illegal conduct. Terminated accounts will lose access to all paid features without refund. We may also cooperate with law enforcement and provide user data when legally required.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for: (a) the accuracy of advertiser profiles or claims; (b) interactions or agreements between users; (c) any damages arising from the use of the Platform; (d) service interruptions or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal. For users within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence shall apply.
